These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Patriot Standby Generators LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Oklahoma, with its principal place of business in Bixby, Oklahoma. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Description

Patriot Standby Generators LLC provides residential and commercial standby generator installation, maintenance, repair, and consultation services throughout the state of Oklahoma. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Whole home standby generator installation
• Automatic transfer switch installation and repair
• Annual maintenance and service plans
• Emergency generator repair (24/7)
• Generator sizing consultations and site surveys
• Electrical and gas line work related to generator systems

2. Estimates & Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Patriot Standby Generators LLC are based on information available at the time of the site survey or consultation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from those observed during the initial survey, if additional work is required due to code compliance, or if material costs change significantly. Any changes to the quoted scope of work will be communicated and approved by the customer before work proceeds.

3. Scheduling & Access

Installation and service dates are scheduled based on equipment availability, permitting timelines, and crew capacity. We make every effort to meet agreed-upon dates but cannot guarantee specific completion dates due to factors outside our control, including weather, supply chain delays, and permitting authorities.

The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the property for all scheduled work and inspections. If a scheduled appointment must be cancelled, we request at least 48 hours' notice. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement or proposal provided to each customer. Standard terms include:

• Installation projects: A deposit is required upon contract signing. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation and final commissioning.
• Maintenance plans: Annual maintenance fees are due at the time of service or upon enrollment in a plan.
• Repair services: Payment is due upon completion of repair unless otherwise arranged.

We accept payment by check, credit card, ACH transfer, and approved financing programs. Past-due balances may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Patriot Standby Generators LLC reserves the right to place a mechanic's lien on the property for unpaid balances related to installation work, as permitted by Oklahoma law.

5. Warranties

All generator equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and model — details are provided at the time of purchase and are included in your installation documentation.

Patriot Standby Generators LLC warrants our installation workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of commissioning. This workmanship warranty covers defects in our installation labor and does not extend to equipment malfunction, acts of nature, power surges, or damage caused by third parties. Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable time of discovery.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Patriot Standby Generators LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall Patriot Standby Generators LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, damage to property, or personal injury, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not responsible for damages caused by utility power fluctuations, natural disasters, equipment manufacturer defects, or third-party actions.

7. Permits & Compliance

Patriot Standby Generators LLC obtains all required electrical and mechanical permits for generator installations as part of our standard service. All work is performed in compliance with applicable Oklahoma building codes, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and local municipal requirements. The customer is responsible for any homeowner association (HOA) approvals or deed restrictions that may apply.

8. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a signed installation agreement within three (3) business days of signing, in accordance with Oklahoma's Home Solicitation Sales Act, for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations after this period may be subject to restocking fees for ordered equipment and reimbursement for any work already performed.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit to non-binding mediation in Tulsa County, Oklahoma before pursuing litigation.

10. Changes to These Terms

Patriot Standby Generators LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
